The Black Forest Mirror is carved as a seated bear full of expression grasping a large tree branch with its paws. The tree branch curve up and seats an angled heat shaped mirror which is finished with blossoming flowers and naturalistic branches around the perimeter. The Black Forest Bear Table Mirror dates to the turn of the 20th century circa 1900.
